Maintenance Precautions for Trolley Cases

2024-07-03

Trolley cases have many uses in life, and correct maintenance methods are essential to extend their service life and keep them in good condition.

1. Precautions for use environment

Avoid extreme environments: Trolley cases should not be used in high temperature, strong acid, strong alkali, and high pressure environments, which may cause deformation or damage to the trolley cases.

Prevent scratches: Avoid contact between trolley cases and sharp objects such as knives to avoid scratching the surface.

2. Cleaning and maintenance

Cleaning method: Generally, cold water is used to clean trolley cases, but never iron them to avoid scalding the surface.

Maintenance of metal accessories: For trolley cases that are frequently used, cotton rags should be used to wipe metal accessories to prevent fading and oxidation.

3. Use and storage

Wheel protection: Try to avoid dragging trolley cases on uneven ground to reduce wear on the wheels. After the trip, use a semi-dry towel to wipe off sand, hair and other foreign objects on the wheels in time, and drip a little lubricating oil on the outside of the wheel axis when necessary to ensure smooth rotation of the wheels.

Use of the trolley: When pulling out or putting down the trolley, pay attention to moderate force to avoid excessive force that may cause damage to the accessories in the trolley button and the trolley system.

Storage method: When the trolley case is not in use, it should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and humid environment. The trolley case can be stored in a dust cover, and the wheels can be placed vertically on the ground to avoid stacking heavy objects and causing the box to deform.

IV. Other precautions

Remove odor: If there is an odor in the trolley case, you can place a few pieces of orange peels and other natural items to remove the odor.

Handle label offset: For labels and residual offset that are difficult to tear off, you can use a hair dryer with hot air to evenly heat it and then slowly peel it off, and wipe the residual offset with items such as floral water or wind oil.

Remember the password: If your trolley case is equipped with a password lock, please remember your trolley case password to avoid damage caused by violent opening of the box after forgetting the password.
